I've lived in Australia for twelve years, and a lot of what I know about this country I learned through its food — pho in Cabramatta, charcoal chicken in the west, yum cha on a Sunday, a kebab at midnight. I'm the friend who always knows where to eat.
Which is why it bothers me that so many of the best kitchens I've eaten in are nearly invisible online: a three-year-old menu photo on Google, a delivery-app link as the only website, and an agency quote of three to seven thousand dollars for anything better — after a discovery call and a deposit. That's backwards. So I build the site first, and you only pay if you like it.
I run Restaurant Web from Sydney, on my own. I build the website, I answer the emails, I register the domain in your name — there's no team to hand you off to.
