The website
Most web companies ask you to imagine the website, then pay for it. That's backwards when you're busy running a kitchen — so we do it the other way around.
From your menu, your hours and your details on Google. You pay nothing and sign nothing at this stage.
We send a private link. Open it on your phone. Say no and that is the end of it — no invoice, no follow-up calls.
We register the domain in your business name, put it live, connect your Google listing, and hand you every login.
Everything happens online — no site visits, which is why we can do this anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. You photograph your own food with your phone (we send a short guide that actually works), and we polish the photos before they go up.
The part other companies don't mention
Plenty of web companies keep the domain in their own name and the site on their own account. The day you want to leave, you find out you own nothing. We do the opposite, in writing.
Registered to your business and your ABN — not ours. Australian rules require it, and we think that's right.
You get a copy of the whole website. Any developer can pick it up tomorrow.
Hosting, email, Google Business Profile. Handed over on day one, not held back.
Monthly services are month to month. Stop whenever. The website keeps working.

Questions
No. Restaurant Web builds the site first and sends a private link. There is no invoice unless the owner sees the finished site and agrees to buy it.
Because explaining a website to a busy restaurant owner is hard, and showing one is easy. We would rather spend an hour building than an hour selling. Enough people say yes to make it worth it.
About one week from approval. Most of that time is registering the domain and collecting photos, because the website itself is already built.
Yes. We regularly build a second language for Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Arabic-speaking customers. It is $290 per extra language.
