Case study · Live since 18 October 2026
A family bakery with pies, bánh mì, cakes and coffee, and no website. Its menu lived on the walls: chalkboards, gold-framed cards, prices on strips of tape. We put all of it online in the shop's own look, then handed the owners the keys.

No template
The first preview used stock photos and a standard layout. Then we photographed every menu board in the shop and started again. The specials went on a chalkboard, the menu onto gold-framed cards, the prices onto little strips of tape, and the coffee onto a board with the same blue header as the one behind the counter. The photos come from the shop's Google listing and are credited on the site.

The admin panel
After seeing the preview, the owners asked one thing: how could they change prices without asking us every time? So the site runs on our admin panel. Sign in with a code sent by email, search for a dish, type the new price, check the list of changes, publish. It works on a phone, in English or 中文.
raise all coffees by 20c. It lists the ten new prices; nothing changes until they say yes.The phones show the real admin panel with the shop's real menu.

What the owners got
Home with the specials board and a live open-or-closed sign, the full menu in six tabs, cakes to order, their story, and how to find them.
140 items in 23 sections with prices, written out so Google and AI assistants can read them, plus the bakery's details in the structured format search engines use.
The chalkboard on the home page is built from the menu, so a price is only ever typed once.
oceanbakehouse.com.au, registered in one partner's name on behalf of the partnership, as the .au rules require. We look after renewals.
Prices, hours, holidays, the notice bar, photos and reviews. Plain-language changes, a list to check before anything goes live, and one-tap undo.
Sent to Google Search Console and Bing on launch day. Opening hours, holiday hours and the menu are in the formats search engines read.
How it went
Your turn
Same process: we build it first from your menu and your Google listing, you look at it on your phone, and you only pay if it's a yes.
