Case study · Live since 8 September 2026
A Yunnan family restaurant on a quiet street in Ultimo, Sydney. The owner looked at the preview on his phone, asked for two changes, and said yes on 7 September. On 8 September the site was live on its own domain, with a business mailbox and a print pack for the new $18.80 lunch special.

Measured, not claimed
Everything below was measured on 10 September 2026 and can be verified on the live site. It is a snapshot, not a promise.
The rating on that site is not typed in by hand. It went from 4.4★ with 30 reviews to 4.5★ with 31 on the morning of 10 September, and the website updated itself — no one touched it. Reviews in English are machine-translated for the Chinese pages with the original text kept alongside.
Search results · 27 September 2026
Nineteen days after it went live, we searched the way diners do, in English and in Chinese, from Sydney with personalisation turned off. The map results are the three places Google lists beside its map, above the web links. Rankings move from day to day and from street to street, so read this as a dated snapshot, not a promise.
Google and Bing were searched on 27 September 2026, exactly as the searches are written above. The nightly AI check runs at 2:20 am Sydney time and logs every answer.
What the owner got
Home, menu, story, a page on Yunnan itself, and how to visit. A Chinese phone gets the Chinese site, an English phone the English one, and one tap switches.
63 dishes in nine sections, the lunch special on top. Prices and dishes are edited by the owner in the admin panel, and the live site updates within a minute.
Answers questions about dishes, hours, parking and the lunch deal in English or Chinese, any hour, and takes a message when someone wants a person.
Hours, address, rating and menu in the structured format Google reads, so the listing and the site tell the same story.
yunnantable.com.au registered to the restaurant's own company, plus a Google Workspace mailbox on the domain. Every login handed over by email.
Menu, opening hours, notice bar, photos and reviews; an AI assistant that takes plain-language instructions; a traffic tab; and a 30-day history with one-tap rollback.
The detail he asked for
Yunnan is a big province and the menu comes from all over it. The owner wanted people to see that, so the opening sequence draws the map and pins the restaurant's dishes to Kunming, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La and Xishuangbanna. The Yunnan page carries the same map with a short guide.

Beyond the website
The owner picked his favourites from thirty designs on a private page. We turned the picks into print-ready files: an A4 poster, two A5 flyers with a QR code that opens the site, and the artwork and spec sheet for staff tees. Delivered as JPG on a page where he can see every file and download it, or hand the whole pack to any print shop.

How it went
Your turn
Same process: we build it first from your menu and your Google listing, you look at it on your phone, and you only pay if it's a yes.
